HP servers come with a integrated remote management solution called Integrated Lights Out, abbreviated as iLO. My HP DL360 G7 has version 3.

The configuration process involves waiting for a precise moment during the server boot sequence and pressing F8 to enter the iLO menu. Since the server is refurbished I recommend restoring the iLO 3 to factory settings.
During the next server boot enter the iLO menu once again, and enable the network interface adapter, set the IP to static or DHCP, create a user and password and configure the permissions.
The iLO 3 firmware also needs to be updated to guarantee new features and browsers are supported. The update process is very simple, navigate to HPE website, find the latest iLO 3 firmware update, and download it.

Extract the content of the EXE file with the help of 7-Zip, or a similar software. Locate the .bin file.

Using a web browser of your choice, enter the iLO IP address, login and navigate to the ILO Firmware tab, and point the update to the .bin file you extracted previously.

The update is really quick and should increase the iLO reliability and security.
