Command Line can be used in all of Windows operating system directories, not only to move files between them, but also execute actions such as copying and deleting files. Launching Command Line in the correct directory as Administrator is a multi-step process.
One way, to ease the task, involves adding that option to the right-click context menu of Windows GUI.
To add the option run the script below as administrator.
The option will be available immediately, even without a reboot.
